Kershaw Knives is a brand of knives that are designed and manufactured in the United States. The company was founded in 1974 by Pete Kershaw, who left his job as a knife salesman at Gerber Legendary Blades to start his own company. Kershaw Knives is now owned by Kai USA, Ltd., which also owns the Buck and Zero Tolerance brands.

Kershaw Knives produces a wide variety of knives, including pocketknives, hunting knives, and kitchen knives. The company has a number of popular lines of knives, including the Leek, Blur, and Shallot models. Kershaw Knives also offers custom knife-making services.
